Talent Acquisition Partner - Global Payment - APAC

Responsibilities

About the Team
The Global Payment team provides assistance with payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, and more to ensure our users have a smooth and secure payment experience.

What You Will Do
- Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.
- Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- 1+ years of technical/engineering recruitment experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to support hiring in APAC and China.
- Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.
- Experience working in the technology industry.
