Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Create insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and recommend best practices
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries deriving actionable recommendation
- Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficency
- Help removing operational blockers by collaborating with sales reps

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, must be enrolled for duration of internship (July-November).
- Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented;
- Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities;
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic solutions
- Fluent English and German skills are required in order to communicate with local stakeholders across the German market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in internet product positions preferred;
