Responsibilities
The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct external market assessments to support business decisions (e.g., market expansion decisions)
- Understand the trends for different industries and types of companies to better tailor our services models (e.g., ecommerce, start-ups, automotives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify required improvements in business operations
- Discover how the strategy team of a fast-growth advertising company works

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or above in your penultimate year, graduating in 2026.
- Must be available immediately for at least 3 months
- Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable, but not essential
- Ideally have previous experience in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking
- Fluency in English
