About the Team
The TikTok HR team drives people strategy, organizational design, and long-term capability within the business lines we support, and we play a critical role in shaping employee experience and fostering a high-performance, inclusive HR culture. As part of this mission, we're looking for a skilled Sourcer to support talent needs across our non-tech functions.
This is a 6-12 month temporary assignment, pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to design and execute strategic sourcing plans for high-impact, non-tech roles.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, internal databases, niche platforms, job boards), balancing quality and speed.

- Build, nurture, and manage talent pipelines to support current openings and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Conduct outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements.
- Ensure accurate and consistent tracking of candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the ATS and sourcing tools.
- Deliver data-driven market and talent insights including industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and influence stakeholder decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, either in-house or at an agency.
- Demonstrated success supporting high-volume requisitions in partnership with regional stakeholders.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other professional platforms.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to deliver actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for Supply Chain and Logistics roles, preferably within a high-growth or rapidly scaling organization.
- Ability to navigate global, fast-changing environments with adaptability and resilience.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
