We are looking for highly motivated new graduates with strong engineering foundations and a passion for AI to join our San Jose-based AI Applications team. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world applications of generative AI across topic generation, AI Agents, content evaluation, user reach optimization, campaign planning and more.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intelligent agent systems that automate operational workflows through tool-calling, task planning, and execution orchestration using LLMs and advanced reasoning techniques.

- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) into real-world business applications to enable dynamic topic generation, user segmentation, and strategy optimization.
- Contribute to the development of multi-agent systems that support complex task coordination across content understanding, creative generation, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, algorithm researchers, and infrastructure engineers to build scalable, efficient, and reusable AI-powered systems.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, actively researching and applying the latest techniques in LLMs, agent frameworks, and data development to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Solid programming skills in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Go, Java);
- Strong interest in generative AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and intelligent agents;
- Experience with API development, service integration, or data interface design;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments;
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $177000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
