Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
1. Partner closely with leaders to understand the business and organizational model, hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people & growth strategies.
2. Identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent to meet hiring goals, negotiating complex compensation packages to secure top candidates across various organizational levels.
3. Utilize data, market insights, and research to enhance our competitive position in global talent markets, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
4. Serve as the employer branding champion, guiding hiring managers and interviewers to meaningfully represent TikTok's culture during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years' of experience, with a preference for international recruiting experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including direct sourcing, behavioral and motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
4. Ability to think globally and be sensitive to international recruiting practices.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning influence the overall organization, preferably within a consulting environment.
