Responsibilities
The TikTok Shop Ads Product team builds solutions that help merchants grow their businesses on TikTok by optimizing ad experiences throughout the shopping funnel. These tailored tools enable merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab in the TikTok app). TikTok Shop is currently available in Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, France and the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team and lead the development and scaling of TikTok Shop ad products. The ideal candidate will have strong product intuition, design expertise, and a proven track record in building digital advertising products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shop ads traffic strategy, including strategy formulation, experiment design and data analysis, with a focus on enhancing shop ads monetization efficiency
- Refine and optimize shop ads strategy, including traffic growth, user interaction, conversion funnels, etc. Collaborate with budget management to increase the overall shop ads revenue
- Have a perspective on budgeting and customer needs, stay updated on the latest growth models in the e-commerce industry
- Identify customer pain points and propose traffic distribution solutions that align with customer demands
-Continuously explore opportunities to improve traffic efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, managing products from concept to launch and optimization.
- Ability to influence product management and engineering teams, and work with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Fast learner with strong judgment and creative thinking abilities.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience in performance advertising, particularly in e-commerce or shopping ads.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in startups or rapidly evolving industries.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Cross-cultural working/studying experience is preferred. Both English and Mandarin skill sets will help you to evaluate case analysis and investigations.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
