Job Description
1. Responsible for the establishment of the TikTok Local Services creators' merchandise selection platform and affiliate matchmaking platform. Utilize methods such as search, recommendation, and order dispatch to provide an efficient and standardized matchmaking mechanism for merchant-creator cooperation. Enhance matching efficiency.
2. In-depth understanding of the demands in the local services scenario for merchant-creator cooperation. Identify pain points for creators finding merchants and merchants finding creators, and promote scalable cooperation between merchants and creators.
3. Establish a deep collaborative mechanism with the operations team. Work closely and efficiently with the RD, design, data analytics, and testing teams to advance product solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of product experience.
2. Experience in products such as search, recommendation, order dispatch, or advertising, and background in the local services , O2O or e-Commerce industry is preferred.
3. Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.
