We are looking for a senior Architect who interested in complex engineering challenges around one of the most important aspects of TikTok. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Mobile Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists in a high-impact and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and promote, support TikTok long-term Globalization, compliance, security, high availability business architecture
In-depth insight and understanding TikTok business architecture, promote the evolution of microservice system and business model optimization, and support fast and efficient business iteration
Promote the process, optimization and long-term evolution of the R & D system, and support the R & D system of TikTok multilingual and multicultural complex organizations
Promote top-level architecture design and long-term planning to ensure the technical rationality and advancement of TikTok online architecture
Promote the establishment and implementation of the overall standard and specification system for TikTok
Qualifications
Job requirements
1. At least 3 years of development work experience with Bachelor or above degree. Major in CS, ECE related field
2, with high concurrent business construction and planning experience and complex project landing experience.
3. Good communication skills, good cross functional working skills
4. Have passion in technology, continue to learning new technologies and business structures in the industry, have good logical thinking ability and learning ability, and have a sense of responsibility/ownership.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
