About the Role
As the Senior Agency Operation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of TikTok LIVE within the DACH region. You will lead a high-performing team to build and manage agency partnerships, optimize content strategy, and ensure sustainable revenue growth. Your focus will be on scaling LIVE operations, fostering creator success, and delivering exceptional value to both agencies and users.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to execute on project-based and long-term business targets, leveraging data-driven decision-making.
- Set clear visions and strategies for agency partnership growth, content quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.

- Foster a metrics-driven culture and drive cross-functional collaboration with legal, marketing, and account management teams.
2. Agency & Creator Partnership Development
- Source, pitch, and secure new agency and creator network partnerships to expand TikTok LIVE's reach and content supply.
- Manage end-to-end partnership cycles, from lead generation (via LinkedIn, events, etc.) to contract signing and onboarding.
- Ensure agency needs are met to build long-term relationships, aligning with creator education, monetization, and campaign objectives.
3. Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
- Analyze market trends, financial metrics, and partner performance to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize monetization models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report insights, share learnings, and refine approaches for partner acquisition and management.
4. Culture & Community Building
- Promote a creative culture that empowers creators, agencies, and artists to pursue their goals on the platform.
- Ensure a safe and engaging LIVE environment for users, driving positive experiences and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in livestreaming, content creation, key account sales, or channel management.
- 4 years in team leadership, including building teams from 0 to 1, setting KPIs, and driving results.
- 1.5 years of experience in LIVE agency business management, with a track record of successfully scaling operations from 0 to 1.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in partner acquisition, channel network development, and cross-functional project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in multinational team management and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content monetization, and creator operations.
- Passion for livestreaming, with a focus on agency and creator needs and industry trends.
- Project management expertise to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
