You will work in either the Sales team or Client Solutions team, both of which are part of Global Business Solutions in Central Europe. We support the growth of clients' businesses on TikTok from a variety of verticals and industries like Branding, E-commerce or Apps.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Client Solutions Managers or Partnerships Managers to provide ongoing support and analysis of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools for clients

Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for clients
Support the Teams in building presentations and day-to-day account management tasks that will help scale accounts
Campaign management: Activation, planning, optimisation, insight generation and best practice implementation
Client queries and internal ad hoc requests including policy and product related, with deep understanding of client context
Data analysis - analyse trends and develop actionable insights to help further advertisers' goals

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors's or Masters's degree, graduating in 2025. Successful candidates will start throughout the year. A start date will be discussed during the interview process.
- The ability to use analysis and communication software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- The ability to handle multiple projects at a time, excellent time management skills, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English obligatory), the ability to communicate effectively on all levels, strong negotiation skills
- The ability to take initiative without constant guidance, a willingness to tackle challenges and problem-solve
- Teachable and able to listen effectively
- A goal-oriented mindset, great attention to detail
- Beneficial to have an understanding of the E-Commerce industry
- Beneficial to have an understanding of social: Short Video and Live-streaming content
