Product Operations, TikTok Content Ecosystem

Responsibilities
1. Content Review and Labelling: Managing all labelling needs for the Ecosystem Team, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure reasonable resource and manpower allocation and prioritization for each project.
2. Establish mechanisms and scientific model quality analysis methods and evaluation systems, driving the development of related analysis platforms to enhance overall efficiency.
3. Identify projects with poor model quality in a timely manner; indcluding in-depth analysis, solutions implementation and continuous tracking of model effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in labeling, model quality management, or governance strategy-related work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; able to handle pressure, resilient, responsible, and goal-oriented, with the ability to identify key issues and solve complex problems with a long-term perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:
Global work experience preferred.
Advanced data analysis and decision-making skills.
Additional experience in handling complex global projects or cross-functional teams.
