Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in London.

- Plan and lead TikTok's Search Ads solution GTM strategy and grow product adoption across Europe

- Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, best practices and product recommendations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of broader advertising ecosystem as it pertains to Search Ads and competitive landscape to develop strategic activations and provide product feedback.
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience within the digital advertising industry across search, social, display, direct response, and/or ad networks with a keen understanding of Search Ads.
- Experience collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive results, developing and executing against strategies
- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape of Search Ads
- Experience using Search Ads products from Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Product marketing experience in advertising and successfully contributing at both strategic and tactical levels.
