Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions for Gaming clients in Europe & Israel. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in London.

- Own TikTok's Advertising Solutions GTM strategy for Gaming clients and grow adoption in Europe and Israel

- Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements
- Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working within media in product marketing (5+ years of experience, with a strong focus on Gaming & Apps Verticals)
- Expertise in media sales, Gaming and performance marketing (specifically paid social media)
- Strong knowledge of trends in the mobile marketing industry particularly in Mobile Gaming and App Services, XP and Cross Platform segments
- Strong knowledge of app measurement industry&solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P app ads attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the media ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred
