Responsibilities
Drive the development and promotion of risk control policies and processes to build scalable, robust, intelligent, and privacy-safe, secure, and product-friendly systems and solutions.
Work to minimize the damage of inauthentic behaviors on the platform, including account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti-spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security, and financial safety.
Engage with various business teams to review features, assist in identifying and understanding potential risks, and define key metrics to measure current and future risks.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to establish control strategies, and monitor risk control metrics.
Develop user education programs to promote transparency, enhance user security awareness and ensure compliance with risk control policies and processes.
Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams, leveraging specialized technical and business acumen to translate and communicate complex technical and non-technical information between teams to understand and mitigate risks.
Investigate the changing trend of risks in the market and align with the company's business and strategy.
Mentor individual Product Managers.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Using SQL to gather and analyze large quantities of data to investigate product issues and provide insights in support of product strategy decisions;
Applying data visualizations to develop strategy and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business growth;
Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timelines, and status documents;
Using product management tools, including JIRA and MS Office, to write detailed technical product requirements; and
Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $250120 - $510720 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
