About The Team:
This team is responsible for non-AI products across product features i.e.(comment, search, dm, profile, etc.) and issues (minor safety, deepfake, etc.) safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Emerging Product & Feature & Issue Product team, responsible for non-AI emerging product safety, and provide cross product features and issues' solutions;
- Set directions and implementation paths for the team. Provide assistance and guidance to team members, enhancing the team in strategy formulation, communication coordination, data analysis, etc.;
- Deeply understand the safety commonalities & differences, and content safety policies of emerging products, to design the planning of general capabilities and roadmap, includes feature safety, issue safety and related metric systems;

- Establish a close relationship with the business teams, coordinate R&D, algorithm, policy, and operation teams, balance business requests and safety to ensure the business lines' healthy growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of product experience, 3+ years of PM team leader experience, with strong leadership, can actively guide a team towards achieving unified goals;
- Having comprehensive successful project experience in any field of content safety, strategies, or mid-platform product, familiar with engineering development work;
- Proactively responding to business requirements, with complex product architecture ability;
- Goal-oriented, with great ability of logical thinking, data analytics, coordination, and project promotion.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $510720 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
