Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for the company and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of the company's procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage category spend and business requests in Europe, Middle East and Africa, including supplier qualification, selection/sourcing, SOW and SLA and KPI performance management.
- Manage procurement E2E operational activities to handle PR/Acceptance/Payment to suppliers

- Engage with internal stakeholders and responsible for internal compliance, cost saving, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to continuously optimise procurement process, WoW, ensuring that it reflects the local situation whilst delivering procurement efficiency to the businessQualifications.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities. Provide deep insights that benefit stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of solid procurement experience with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation ability, strong data analytical and logic reasoning ability.
- Critical and active thinking to embrace changes and look for breakthroughs as a change agent to deliver success.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organisational objectives.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience managing a full procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.
- Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma).
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a multinational organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Ariba and Coupa.
