Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of the company's procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment.
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-thinking Procurement Manager to manage our procurement requests in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process, and mainly focus on outsourcing and consulting services.

Responsibilities
1. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
2. Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities. Provide deep insights that benefit stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all procurement activities.
7. Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organizational objectives.
4. Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
5. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
6. Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree.
2. Experience managing a full procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.
3. Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma).
4. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in a multinational organization.
5. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
6. Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Ariba and Coupa.
