Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Monetization Strategy & Operations team for the Nordics and Central Europen markets based in Warsaw, Poland with focus on the Central European markets (Poland, Romania, Czechia, Baltics & Balkans). This organised individual must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects and Research. In addition, the individual will work with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of improvement within existing processes, and proactively develop appropriate solutions.

- Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategy including revenue ambition, strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how)
- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determine areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
- Drive reporting & analytics: Create dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive business growth
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with Nordics & Central Europe senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Finance, Creatives, Measurement, Marketing)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, tech platforms, etc.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- As this role is based in Warsaw, Poland and covers the Nordic and Central European markets, full business fluency in English and Polish is required.
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and deliver simple and impactful solutions
- Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders, make data-driven decisions and effectively navigate through challenges
- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, tech platform is a plus
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision including strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
