About the Team
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Being 1st line support for Sales teams providing prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues
- Provide guidelines and trainings for Sales team
- Develop and monitor Helpdesk performance indicators
- Liaise with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related and business processes
- Stay up-to-date with new CRM product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Suggest sales process improvements based on insights from Helpdesk data
- Drive processes standardisation projects across META and APAC markets personally on regular basis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in relevant field and experience within Sales Operations min of 1-2 years in IT/Digital industry
- Motivated and a self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision and in constantly changing environment
- Hands on experience with CRM systems in B2B IT/Digital industry is required;
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferrably (BI system knowledge is a plus;)
- Analytical and multitasking skills;
