Responsibilities
Massive Creator Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create E-Commerce content on TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with VN creators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies, evaluation methods, execution frameworks, and learning curriculums to empower creators on TikTok Shop for effective content production and personal growth. Establish clear metrics to assess the impact of training on creator content supply and GMV targets.
- Design and deliver engaging training content for both internal teams and external creators, utilizing a range of formats including live workshops, training videos, and digital curriculum materials.

- Optimize resource utilization by defining guidelines and performance metrics for manpower (including vendors and external trainers) and communication channels (e.g., in-app messages, pop-ups, Academy Center). Drive efficient outreach and conversion of the platform's large-scale creator base, ensuring timely communications of critical information.
- Manage and cultivate various creator communities by setting clear community standards and fostering the development of high-quality, high-potential talent.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Logical thinking, analytical, and time management skills. Open-minded and cautious person, with a growing mindset to deliver tasks at best.

- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating ease in engaging with individuals.
