TikTok LIVE-RegionalOperations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
・Responsibilities
You will be in charge of acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with creators.
-Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research
- Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators
- Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities
- Creating manuals and community guidelines for creators
- Conducting workshops for creators
- Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis
- Planning and executing other related measures
Qualifications
・Qualifications
-Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment
- Business-level proficiency in the Korean language
・Preferred skills/experience
- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry
- Experience in sales or business development in the IT or media industry
- Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
- Business-level proficiency in English language
