Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Trust & Safety team is dedicated to building a safe environment for users to discover and create on content platforms. As a strategy manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, policy managers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant stakeholders to identify strategic priorities for LIVE safety and drive change initiatives.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

In this role, you will:
- Provide program management support for complex projects impacting LIVE and E-Commerce to achieve business goals;
- Liaise with regional operations teams and establish efficient and transparent communication channels to ensure alignment on key objectives;
- Identify and assess potential safety issues in LIVE & E-Commerce and work with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions;
- Diagnose existing organization, workflows, and projects to generate structured insights and solid suggestions related to operational excellence;
- Act quickly with logical thinking in the face of immediate/urgent tasks by effectively integrating resources and connecting each team to systematically approach and solve the problems.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management experience, those with prior experience managing global projects or working in Trust & Safety industry are preferred;
- Excellent communication and execution skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent and resilient;
- Experience on data analysis, comfortable of interpreting data metrics;
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137777 - $243000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
