About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and proactive Learning Enablement Partner to support the training and development needs of our Global Functions teams. In this individual contributor role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across departments such as Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and more to identify learning gaps, deliver targeted enablement solutions, and drive continuous development initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and teams across non-sales global functions to identify learning needs, recommend solutions, and implement development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal learning teams and subject matter experts to co-create and deliver engaging, relevant, and scalable training programs that address skill gaps and support strategic objectives.
- Support onboarding and continuous development experiences tailored to specific functions (e.g., Marketing, Product, HR, Operations, etc.).
- Act as a consultant to functional stakeholders, helping translate business needs into enablement strategies that support team effectiveness and capability building.
- Leverage data, feedback, and performance insights to assess the impact of learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of enablement initiatives including communications, timelines, stakeholder updates, and tracking outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in learning & development, training, or enablement roles, with demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional or non-sales teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills, with the ability to advise business leaders and translate strategic priorities into learning plans.
- Experience designing and implementing learning programs that support organizational development, role effectiveness, and team capability.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment, with an understanding of how to adapt programs to meet diverse business needs across functions and geographies.
- Ability to analyze training data and learner feedback to inform decisions and optimize learning impact.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting professional development in functions like Marketing, Product, or Operations.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and vendor partnerships.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving business needs.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and travel occasionally if required.
