About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Learning Enablement Partner to support sales training and development initiatives for our SMB Business Training & Development (BTD) team in AMS. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, global enablement teams, and cross-functional partners to assess training needs, co-create scalable and impactful learning programs, and enhance sales effectiveness through targeted enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the SMB BTD team to design and deliver sales enablement programs including onboarding, role-specific training, continuous learning, and manager development.
- Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to adapt and implement learning programs aligned to Go-To-Market strategies, Sales Excellence, product knowledge, and leadership development.
- Act as a trusted consultant to sales leaders and regional stakeholders, identifying learning gaps and recommending effective solutions that align with business goals and priorities.
- Support the successful deployment of global and regional training initiatives, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and relevant for the AMS market.
- Use data and learner feedback to assess training effectiveness, optimize program design, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of learning projects including scheduling, communications, logistics, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in training, L&D, or enablement, with a strong focus on sales or commercial environments
- Strong consultancy and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to assess learning needs and advise on impactful enablement strategies.
- Experience designing and implementing training programs specifically tailored for AMS markets.
- Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments with an understanding of regional nuances and market dynamics.
- Proficient in using data and insights to measure program impact and inform improvements.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be willing to work in São Paulo, Brazil, and proficient in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising, particularly within the SMB segment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and vendors across sales tooling and enablement initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel within the AMS.
