About the Team:
The Global Legal IP Protection and Platform Governance team operates under the global legal. The team is responsible for establishing global external and internal policies and rules, implementing IP laws and regulations in each region, and ensuring our platform is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also IP rights holders. Within the legal work framework, the team is committed to protecting IP rights.
We are looking for an experienced IP attorney for a position that offers the candidate a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team dedicated to working with cross functional teams, especially in South East Asia, to develop and improve our platform governance in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be highly collaborative, self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and intellectually curious.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's global IP rights protection work, supporting global IP litigation and dispute resolution
- Collect and investigate infringement targets, analyze and evaluate legal opinions, independently or cooperate with external lawyers to complete IP complaints, letters, rights protection, negotiations, dispute resolution and other work;
- Sort out and plan the IP rights protection system , responsible for the planning and implementation of key IP projects
- Sort out and formulate intellectual property platform protection strategies and provide relevant legal opinions;
- Manage suppliers' daily work
- Provide legal training for business departments , support daily IP legal consultation, etc .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in law, familiar with and proficient in using intellectual property law and related regulations, policies, etc.; Familiarity with overseas intellectual property law is a plus;
- Engaged in IP rights protection and platform intellectual property protection related work in law firms and Internet companies , with more than 5 years of work experience;
- English is the working language;
- Good at thinking, good at discovering problems, drawing inferences from one instance to another; strong execution, flexible thinking, strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; able to quickly and effectively complete established work tasks, and can actively do precipitation and improvement based on daily work, improve work quality and efficiency ;
- Strong pressure resistance, high initiative, able to accept high-intensity work, accept cross-time zone communication and daily docking , have pioneering and innovative spirit; good at summarizing and reviewing, down-to-earth and steady , positive and optimistic .
