About

The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

About the team
The IP Ops Specialist role is part of the Global IP Ops team (Trust and Safety). The team covers all contact with our community and rightsholders with regard to intellectual property (IP) removal requests. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and global, operational setting.

Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of IP removal requests efficiently and accurately.
- As opportunities arise and when resources are adequate, collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of global stakeholders to participate in projects aimed at improving processes and tools that allow the team to work more efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in an IP support, IP consulting role or a similar operations setting for a minimum of 1 year, and/or a relevant (Bachelor or Master) degree in technology, policy, or law / IP law with a good understanding of basic IP concepts.
- Proficient with technology and tool usage.
- Strong communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Available for regular, scheduled weekend shifts.
- You have English proficiency, along with complete fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, as you will be predominantly covering the Bahasa Indonesia speaking market.

- Fast learner with an appetite for continuous learning and adaptability to both dynamic and repetitive tasks.
- Flexible and comfortable in a very fast paced environment, willing to adjust to team's needs as needed.
- An energetic personality with great team spirit.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
