Responsibilities
- Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle as it relates to visa matters, process improvements and data & insights;
- Provide support and knowledge to the business for the entire employee lifecycle;
- Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and continually work on the enhancement of employee lifecycle processes;
- Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other HR Operations team members and be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, and business traveling is required when needed;
- Build and develop strong and lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by providing accurate, timely and appropriate advice.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in HR operations;
- Strong knowledge of labour/compliance laws and cultural nuances and experience in setting up relationships & handling trade unions;
- Experience with employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding);
- Proficient and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues;
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics;
- Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer interactions are great skills to be part of a strong and united team.
