Responsibilities

Team Intro:
The growth team responsible for driving revenue for Central European advertisers on TikTok, with a primary focus on the Baltics, Balkans, and other emerging markets including Czechia and Romania (South Central Europe). The Head of Sales will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize critical marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets. They will also identify the business's needs and allocate appropriate resources to drive sustained growth in these high-potential regions.

Responsibilities
- Build, execute and operationalise regional strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the market teams to increased growth potential
- Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of selected regions, with a particular emphasis on the Baltics, Balkans, and South CE markets such as Czechia and Romania

- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities in the Baltics, Balkans, and broader emerging markets
- Develop and lead a sales team of people managers and individual contributors
- Active part of Central Europe Leadership team
- Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders
- Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and brand marketing
- Proven success leading and mentoring internal sales teams (and external partnerships) in fast-paced environments
- Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers' success and recruit and retain top talent
- A proven penchant for creative problem-solving
- Proven track record of high-level negotiation and exceeding sales targets

Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for TikTok and an understanding of the media and advertising technology landscape
