About the Team:
The Growth team at TikTok MENA plays a critical role in scaling the business across existing and emerging client segments. We partner closely with mid-market clients to drive measurable outcomes through innovative, data-driven marketing solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead to drive growth across the Retail vertical.
As a Sales Lead for the Growth team, you will lead a team of Client partners focused on helping our advertisers grow on TikTok. You will guide the team, own strategic client relationships, and drive adoption of TikTok's ad solutions to help businesses achieve their goals on our platform.

- Develop and execute a scalable GTM and sales strategy for the retail vertical, aligned with TikTok's business priorities.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support to direct reports to build a world-class team.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Solutions teams to deliver tailored client solutions and scaled programs.
- Identify market opportunities, client needs, and business trends to inform strategic initiatives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product education to drive client adoption of TikTok's advertising offerings.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and innovation.
- Maintain strong operational rigor, including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Represent TikTok at industry events and client engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership in the retail industry.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of direct experience in digital media sales, business development, or client acquisition, including 2+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and brand-building strategies; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Given the nature of the region and business this talent will be supporting, Arabic and English language skills are required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working within the focus vertical, with a strong understanding of eCommerce trends across MENA.
- Familiarity with TikTok's advertising products and solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
