Responsibilities
The Global Brand Studio is responsible for Global Experiential & Events EMEA to drive creator marketing experiential strategy and end-to-end event execution in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Project manager overseeing the end-to-end event execution of a wide variety of Public Policy experiences globally.
- Clearly articulate TikTok brand vision from event ideation through completion internally and with third party production vendors to create best-in-class experiences.
- Oversee all event execution logistics including but not limited to vendor management, invites, catering, room blocks, staffing, transportation, security, asset creation, VIP management and more.
- Manage all day-to-day communications, lead stakeholder meetings, track asset deliverables, and ensure all events are on time and on budget.

- Facilitate the processing and negotiations of all finance and legal documentations (budgets, invoices, contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and more).
- Oversee all post-event KPI tracking including recap decks, wrap up reports, project archiving, and more.
- Create and present leadership facing event presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Events based role over a significant period of time
- The position is based in London and requires 40% travel in the calendar year.
- Event portfolio featuring a wide range of large-scale event execution and budgets
- Government Relations industry event experience a plus.
- Global experience a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Innate ability to work seamlessly in a team environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
