The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.
Responsibilities
As our Commercial Management & Contract Program Manager, you will execute Commercial Management & Contracts in conjunction with Trust and Safety stakeholders, corporate functions, and Partners.
What will I be doing?
- You will work within a team of Commercial Management experts as well as assisting the Contract Management Leader.
- You will own commercial contracts per Region and/or per Line of Business, from the initial business discussion to signatures and implementation.
- You will demonstrate business leadership at the time of the Sourcing cycle, set expectations with Procurement and Legal teams, and own Compliance in terms of process and transparency to Stakeholders.
- You will optimise agreements, pricing models, and overall spend management via a realistic understanding of Operations and Commercial Management.
- You will nurture existing and/or new commercial relationships with Partners, aiming to profitable business models for both Parties, and an excellent commercial execution.
- You will be the owner of Statement of Works, Change Orders, Amendments, Benchmarks, updating Terms & Conditions, optimising business models via Change Management procedure.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of work experience in Commercial Management (Sourcing, Procurement, Pricing, Contracts, Invoices), Contract Management and global agreements with service providers
- Proven track record in a varied and changing Commercial & Operations environment
- Strong experience in working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally
- Strong partnership on complex matters with corporate functions (Procurement, Legal, Finance), Operations Managers, and Service Providers
- Strong experience in shaping and executing the commercial model to sustain operations & business growth
- Analytical and the ability to make decisions from facts and data.
- Strong experience in Excel / Spreadsheet
- Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
- Preferred Domain experience: - Trust and Safety, BPO industry, Business Services, Customer Services, eCommerce
