Finance Program Manager - USDS

Responsibilities

Team Intro:
USDS Finance team is responsible to support USDS business in areas of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Operations and Entity Accounting, while also partner closely with global stakeholders to ensure data compliance and system implementation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in process transformation and change management.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with USDS Finance workstream leads and the USDS Finance Transformation Lead to help deliver on transformation projects, including due diligence analysis, tracking and reporting metrics, among others.
• Collaborate with USDS and Global Finance stakeholders on major Finance initiatives at USDS, such as month-end close automation and optimization, accounting localization, system/workflow migration and work on an enhancement plan for these.
• Act as the single Finance POC to manage repository across financial data, finance process and lead and deliver on other ad-hoc management requests.
• Collaborate with USDS GMO office in enhancing Finance dashboard and metrics reporting to USDS leads.
• Assist the USDS Finance team in executive reporting and presentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, business transformation, or related roles

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices and business intelligence tools
• Deep understanding of Finance processes
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $168889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
