Responsibilities
1. Merchant Support & Outreach: Assist Account Managers in managing long-tail merchants by providing operational support, conducting research, reaching out to non-managed merchants, and building relationships to enhance merchant engagement.
2. Issue Escalation & Seller Support: Assist in resolving critical seller operations issues by escalating to internal teams and following up on resolutions.
3. Project Management Assistance: Support the priority projects within the category, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
4. Data & Reporting Management: Assist with data tracking, reporting, and documentation to improve workflow efficiency.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant operations and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with merchants effectively.
