Responsibilities:
• Deeply analyze TikTok Shop buyer needs/pain points, delivering innovative promotion design solutions for full-funnel product scenarios (marketing tools, campaigns, promotion touchpoints) to reach the marketing goals, and enhance the user experience.

• Lead user/competitor analysis to explore creative design ideas; communicate plans clearly to cross-functional teams/partners for seamless execution.
• Apply component-based thinking with Figma to ensure design consistency in experience and expression.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to develop interactive prototypes and high-quality UX/UI designs, aligning function, interaction, and visuals with marketing goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in UX/UI design, service design, or related fields; strong design theory and professional skills.
• 1-3 years of design experience in corporate/agency settings; e-commerce promotion product design cases and SEA market trend awareness preferred.
• Required to be proficient in using design software such as figma, and be good at using AI tools to assist in design.
• User-centric mindset with creativity to generate fresh ideas; adaptability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments.
