About the team
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. This role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the content ecosystem building through a variety of product operations. Ultimately, driving the product user growth, engagement and retention.
- Product Strategy & Optimization: develop and execute a product vision that aligns with the objective. Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features based on data insights. Conduct case analysis/research to find growing opportunities.

- Go-to Market Strategy: develop and execute marketing&communication strategy to promote the product. Deliver marketing plans, product messaging, resource allocation and expand market entry.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and engagement. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
-Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore potential growth opportunities. Actively communicate with internal stakeholders, such as content ops, PM, engineers to ensure project efficiency and get good results.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 year's experience in social media or digital industry.
- Knowledge about marketing & product operation, basic understanding of search. Familiar with social media and video/streaming platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, and project management skills. Experienced in cross-team collaboration, able to push different stakeholders to meet the overall goal.
- Excellent data skills, able to analyse data and provide valuable insights independently.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge about TikTok and search engines, familiarity with social media and video/streaming platforms
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110222 - $202666 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
