TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
Capacity building and training for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop best practice playbooks and trainings for internal Ops teams as well as external Creator Network partners on how to better conduct the CN business, how to better grow creators, and how to utilize new tools and product features for more productivity.
- Conduct training in an interactive way with clear communications, examples and tips to increase user adoption of the learnt tactics. Measure training attendance and effectiveness in an organized way.

- Maintain training curriculum up to date and iterate core topics regularly with the new best practice and strategies.
Product go-to-market strategies and implementation
- Liaison between CN Ops team and various internal cross-functional teams on product feature launch, central-to-region information sharing, operation policy updates, regional feedback collection, and other cross-functional projects.
- Prioritize amongst the different topics to organize and conduct GTM to CN Ops team. Track GTM effectiveness through data tracking and relevant performance analysis
- Collect partner feedback and inform cross-functional teams for improvement
Analytics & Reporting
- Fluently grasp all the internal data platforms and tools to obtain data for further analysis.
- Conduct CN growth analysis to identify growth drivers and opportunities for selected CNs, as well as certain cohorts of CNs to find patterns. Comparing to global benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
- Product analytical reports with actionable insights and inform / educate the CN Ops team on how to improve their CNs' performance
- Standardize internal reporting and information presented to leadership for better visibility and discussion of business progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high growth environments, content strategy, strategy consulting, GTM development, and/or strategy and operations at a consumer technology company (or similar)
- Ability to use data analytical tools such as SQL and data visualization tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to identify problems, develop initiatives, build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
- Proven abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of partners (external and internal)
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required: The role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders, in English-speaking regions as well as in Chinese speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and market expansion

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
