About the team
The Creator team is responsible for establishing and executing an operational system that effectively manages creators by appropriately combining global direction with the unique characteristics of the Korean market. Our goal is to educate and nurture creators to produce better content, ultimately improving the app environment. To achieve this, the role involves managing creators while collaborating with various departments.
This role will be based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of creator-related projects, managing them end-to-end from planning to execution and operations
- Collaborate with the Central team to plan and implement projects that align with their direction while adapting to the Korean market

- Work closely with the Program & market insight and Publisher team on new features and project collaborations
- Plan, operate, and provide training for creator programs tailored to the Korean market
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience planning and executing projects
- 5+ years experience working in product management/development, and/or program management, and/or product owner
- Comfortable working with data to identify actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills, multi-tasking, time/work management skills, and problem-solving skill
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Positive & energetic attitude and mind-set
- Have a strong understanding of APP platform ecosystem and proven experience in working with renowned tech companies
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and resilience
- Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross-culturally
- Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and proficiency in English due to cross functional meetings with other regions
