Responsibilities
Source, acquire, and onboard Live-focused User Generated Content (UGC) creator talent (content creators and influencers, entertainment celebrities, high prole artists and tastemakers) to the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
Develop and maintain a stable supply of Live content talent for the US region.
Devise and build programs, strategies, and activations to deepen the relationship with existing top Live creators.
Drive and manage key programs and marketing events that support the Live creator ecosystem.
Manage, analyze, and interpret key quantitative market metrics and industry trends and translate gathered data into strategic insights that drive creator growth.
Provide insights, recommendations, and direction to management on creator development strategies and business operations around creator recruitment and incubation.
Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to help identify strategies and product enhancements to improve the Live experience.
Communicate key messages and initiatives to stakeholders on a high-touch, 1-to-few basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media Arts, Digital/Electronic Communications, Business, Management, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and talent within the social media industry;
Providing strategic guidance related to managing social media talent and scaling their development;
Business development within the social media industry, including industry research, strategic networking, and pitching for positive ROI; and
Analyzing applications and user inquiries, identifying trends and reporting platform malfunction statistics to internal engineering teams to improve product performance or experience.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 15%.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
