Our team aims to help the domestic partners grow and unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and scale their activity. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help domestic direct clients and agencies achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Agency Enablement & Scalable Education (40%)
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying agency needs
- Meet revenue and growth goals, while identifying opportunities to improve ad products and customer experience

- Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with Israel's top creative agencies and brand-side creatives.
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, including account planning process that aligns agency and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Science, Brand Strategy) to align on shared goals and KPIs
- Lead scalable education initiatives including webinars, roadshows, and agency forums, advising on the best approach to driving business outcomes for clients and agencies
Creative Consultation & Campaign Impact (60%)
- Advocate for and promote TikTok's creative tools and best practices, and adoption of 'TikTok first' mind-set.
- Translate TikTok's creative innovation into actionable insights for agencies.
- Analyze creative performance across paid and organic to extract insights and inform future creative strategy.
- Organize and facilitate creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, and hands-on onboarding sessions tailored to agency needs.
- Provide strategic and creative feedback on branded content, including concepting, script review, and TikTok-native storytelling.
- Support the development of high-performing assets by offering production solutions and collaborating on sound and visual strategy.
- On-board clients and agencies to TikTok One in-house solutions and execute campaigns with trusted partners
- Lead the creation and execution of scalable creative programs, bespoke workshops, and creative playbooks and toolkits to guide agencies through TikTok-specific creative development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in creative agency, brand creative, production, or digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of the advertising and creative agency landscape in Israel.
- Strong creative sensibility and passion for digital storytelling, short-form video, and TikTok culture.
- Strong background in sales and client management, with a demonstrated ability to grow business relationships.
- Exceptional communication and proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading workshops, education sessions, or creative consultations.
- Experience in creating compelling presentations using industry insights and internal proof points to drive strategic decisions.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
