We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities
1. Drive advertising revenue growth through enabling sales with content solutions (sponsorship) packages by putting together TikTok standard, non-standard ads resources/placements, TikTok creator resources etc.
2. Deliver detailed-creating of pitching decks and customized rate cards as well as client communications when necessary.
3. Responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally.

4. Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work support as needed.
5. Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintaining good client relationships.
6. Collaborating with cross-function teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working process.
7. Project management skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Min 5 years of professional and sponsorship experience in agency, TV networks and tech platform companies.
- Experience working with content providers or IP holders and developing sales packages preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in SEA.
Preferred Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in person, over email, and on the phone.
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
- Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
