Jabil is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content efforts, drive engagement, and support business goals through compelling and high-performing content across multiple channels.

How will you make an impact? As the Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a content approach that enhances brand awareness and supports nurturing and customer retention. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Owners, design, and other marketing functional owners, to ensure content aligns with business goals and speaks to our audiences effectively.
What will you do?
- Supports the Marketing Director in the development and delivery of tools and assets that support sales conversations throughout the sales cycle.
- Requires a mix of interpersonal, project management and communications skills in addition to an understanding of marketing principles, sales methodology, and content management.
- Requires understanding and usage of process, procedure, and systems that will continuously improve sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a content strategic plan the support business goals across the entire customer journey. Implement the company's go-to-market messaging, positioning, and strategy through the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and implementation of plan.
- Facilitate and manage the branding initiative, assist in defining the global brand strategy, brand system, communications framework/platform and brand guidelines are a critical responsibility of this function.
- Maintain the content strategy platform, including vision, category, audience, value, differentiation, personality and police the brand. Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and other mediums to effectively communicate our services.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development to execute effective presentations and other resources to improve revenue generating business. Identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and convert recommendations into increases in sales effectiveness.
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies to develop and produce content that aligns with our messaging and goals.
- Partner with sales, business unit leaders, and executive leadership to align content efforts with broader business objectives. Report on program progress, escalations, and issue analysis for Marketing Director and other stakeholders.
How will you get here?
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or a similar related field is required OR a combination of education, experience and/or training.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience, ideally in a B2B or Services environment
- At least 6 years' work experience in the global high-tech industry OR at least 8 years of experience in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience OR a combination of education, experience and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to do editing.
- Knowledge of design aspects.
- Familiarity with content distribution strategies and understanding of how content can affect SEO.
- Ability to adapt complex and inter-related concepts to storytelling tactics for customer understanding.
- Provide decision maker reporting on effectiveness and quality of past efforts and solicit feedback for future actions.
- Utilize the acquired feedback to develop recommendations and provide input in the budgeting and planning process.
- Ability to lead and manage variety of programs and projects
Portfolio of experience should include managing external agencies and internal resources to achieve success in these areas (Brand Development, Brand Awareness, content management including web, print and on-demand collateral, E-communications programs, thought leadership, strategic thinking and tactical excellence; events and conferences; and third party, user groups, etc). - Proven skill in successfully positioning and differentiating various products and services to a wide range of targeted end users worldwide.
- Proven ability as an articulate and persuasive communicator with strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of interactive and creative marketing assets and programs
Proven track record of teaming with sales organizations and adding value to the sales process. - Strong relationship-building and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment.
- Team-oriented individuals with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strategic / conceptual person who understands the entire marketing mix and how to employ these marketing levers in a professional service organization.

The pay range for this role is $135,700 - $244,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: May 10, 2025.
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
