Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
What will I be doing?
1. Deeply understand the commonalities and differences in the content safety of emerging products and, based on this, design the planning of general capabilities and roadmap. This includes, but is not limited to, feature safety, metric operation systems, and systematic development design.
2. Manage a team of product managers. Set directions and implementation paths for the team. Provide specific assistance and guidance to team members, enhancing their abilities in strategy formulation, communication coordination, and data analysis, among other aspects.
3. In-depth understanding of the content safety policies, systems and data status of various international products, and able to identify problems and opportunities with quantitative and qualitative analysis;
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation and safety to continuously improve content safety measures.
5. Coordinate R&D, algorithm, policy, and operation teams, strive for appropriate resources, and support the rapid development of the business.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
2. Having comprehensive successful project experience in any field of content moderation, Al, or mid-platform product.
3. Have excellent logical thinking ability and independent data analytics ability, be able to understand complex business scenarios and demands, combine data analytics attribution, define problems and disassemble methods;
4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, organizational coordination and pressure resistance, result-oriented;
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
1. Experience working with global partners across different timezones and cultures.
