We are creative connectors who work to drive healthy and sustainable partnerships across our media partners to accelerate revenue through bespoke packaging of tentpole and proprietary programming.
The Partnerships Solutions Media Manager is a client-facing role responsible for working closely with the sales verticals, content solutions, industry strategy, and marketing to conceptualize and sell industry tentpoles, cultural pulses, and truly TikTok activations. This person is a highly collaborative independent contributor & thought partner adept at developing new monetization opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant creator community, our product solutions, and advertiser goals. This individual brings a depth of business understanding, media planning/buying expertise, and in-depth awareness of the advertising and content ecosystems. They take a hands-on approach to building bespoke sellable opportunities while also breaking down silos, managing multiple stakeholders across the organization, implementing new processes, and securing internal and external buy-in to ultimately help accelerate the growth of TikTok for Business solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, brand partnerships, sales strategy, or business development.
- Proven success in pitching and closing high-impact sponsorships or integrated marketing solutions with senior brand and agency stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the media planning/buying process and advertiser decision-making cycles.
- Ability to build consultative relationships with top marketing decision-makers and turn business challenges into creative revenue-driving solutions.
- Skilled in translating client objectives into innovative, custom partnership opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the sports and entertainment landscape and how brands leverage cultural moments to drive growth.
- Experience creating and selling multi-platform or branded content campaigns (especially in creator-first or social-first environments).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve future partnership solutions.
- Exceptional communicator with cross-functional teams and comfortable presenting to both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge of performance metrics, measurement solutions, and the evolving digital media ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships, inspire confidence, and thoughtfully guide brands through ideation and activation.
- A mix of sales and strategy experience, with a proven ability to translate creative concepts into business value for clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to shape narratives, build decks, and clearly articulate value to internal and external audiences.
- Proactive and curious mindset thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well across teams, and takes initiative to bring new ideas to life.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118400 - $212800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
