We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities
1.Drive advertising revenue growth by unlocking new and inspiring brand sponsorship opportunities with content packages by incorporating TikTok standard ads and non-standard ads resources/placements, user content programming, TikTok IP event, TikTok creator solutions.
2.Develop short term to long term strategy and annual road map, execution plan, quarterly review for content solutions, and related work support as needed.

3.Work with other commercial partnership managers and sales partners to deliver brand revenue targets, including weekly tracking, reporting, and sourcing opportunities to enable clients and creative companies to achieve their marketing objectives.
4.Deliver attractive/compelling pitching decks and customized rate cards as well as client communications when necessary.
5.Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintain good client relationships and be responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally.
6.Providing strategic planning, project management, data analysis, copywriting, and related work support as needed.
7.Collaborating with cross-function teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working processes.
8.Partner with integrated marketing communications manager on go-to-market plans to inspire and influence local and regional clients and partners via events and scaled education.
9.Budget management: allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree.
2.Professional experience and sponsorship experience in agency, TV networks and tech platform companies.
3.Experience in brand marketing and advertising on the client side or tech platforms companies or agencies.
4.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
5.Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Singapore and/or the Philippines.
6.Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.
2.Experience in development of creative ideas and communications materials, and supervise creative production.
3.Experience working with content providers or IP holders and developing sales packages preferred.
4.Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
5.Excellent communication skills; able to connect with both executives and external/internal teams, with good public speaking skills.
6.Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
