This role sits within our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team, which is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, business development and support.
About the Role:
The Client Solutions Team Lead is a new-to-team position supporting one of TikTok's key enterprise accounts. The role will be responsible leading a team of individual contributors to achieve revenue goals and ensure flawless campaign execution. The role will also build and manage strategic client relationships to grow our partnership in priority regions. This role will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to advocate for client needs in order to influence product development and contribute to building a world class team and culture. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate autonomously, is customer obsessed and able to influence clients. Success in this role requires a focus on project and relationship management across time zones and cultures, client education and influence, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to drive client objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in TikTok's business solutions and be able to clearly articulate how those solutions translate to support our client needs
- Train and manage a global team of individual contributors to serve as external product consultants educating clients and agencies on new alpha and beta product solutions and general best practices that ultimately grow business partnerships
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across multiple lines of client businesses and countries to expand TikTok's penetration and contribution of business outcomes.
- Serve as thought partner to Leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for future growth, efficiencies and influence leadership decision-making
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create best practices / playbooks that drive client business.
- Coach and develop account managers (CSMs) on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate expertise of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs
- Work closely with product strategy to drive product innovation, collecting advertiser feedback
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing.
- Experience managing large client solutions teams
- Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
