The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships through best-in-class campaign services for direct clients and agencies. In this role, you'll join the Tech, Telco, and Utilities team with a focus on Consumer Electronics, helping top brands craft impactful narratives and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.

- Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
- Manage and grow local and global client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers.
- Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery, and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data.
- Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve product offerings, internal processes, and overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising.
- Proven, professional experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across digital/social platforms
- You are able to demonstrate Ad tech product knowledge in the consumer electronics/consumer technologies industry
- Background/experiences in performance campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.
- Previous experience working across multi markets preferred but not necessary.
