Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market-level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be one of the most important partners of our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to optimize marketing performance results for advertisers, and provide customized training and solutions to advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

- Analyze advertisement campaign's performance data to offer mid market clients data-driven business insights;
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of both Branding, Performance or e-Commerce marketing product offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results and up-sell;
- Serve as internal & external ShopAds product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow eCommerce book of business
- Drive education on ad products & updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business;
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign;
- Spot the growth opportunity for mid market clients by regular performance analysis and escalate business growth findings to all the cross functional team;
- Improve product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback with product and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing/eCommerce, with a demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising KPIs, and cross-vertical knowledge
- Experienced in biddable media, having a basis of eCom & Retail industry would be a plus
- Experience managing performance/e-commerce advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Proficient in Excel, dashboarding or similar skillsets on BI application
- Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency and connections in the ecommerce space, with exposure to mid-small sized businesses
- Experience with CPAS/Shopping Ads/E-commerce marketing
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and Pixel set up and troubleshooting
- Experience building strategic programs aimed at driving education and product adoption
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Experience with managing a large book of >50 clients, with ability to prioritise accordingly
