The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
Team Introduction
The mission of Client Solutions team is to contribute to the success of our clients through proposing effective and wholesome solutions. By collaborating with different stakeholders, the team aims to grow the business revenue and to lead sustainable growth of the business by providing necessary feedback to our product team. Using the knowledge of our own advertising product and the general knowledge of reservation/performance ads, the team solves the clients' problems with expertise.

Responsibilities
Client Solutions Manager will support the advertisers and the advertisement agencies with their TikTok for Business advertisement strategies, provide consulting to ensure the effectiveness of their ads and increase client satisfaction. The specific responsibilities may include below (but not limited to):
- Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.
- Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.
- Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product.
- Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in business English due to cross functional meetings with other regions
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and able to strategically approach advertisers and advertisement agencies
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and training your peers and team members
- Team-worker who can collaborate well with other functions and other regions
- Proven experience managing large advertisements and campaign budget
- Able to enjoy the rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Mentor and coach the team members to ensure they can perform their sales activities smoothly
- Be responsible for the team members' long-term career success at TikTok
