In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

We are looking for a Business Continuity and Disaster RecoverySpecialist to join our US Business Resiliency Team. The business continuity planner will be responsible for executing and maintaining our business continuity plans, tools, policies, and framework. This role will coordinate with various functions and partners to develop, maintain, and improve Business Continuity Plans and procedures. This includes developing business resilience related training, such as coordinator training, and tabletop exercises. Additionally, this person will support alignment with Enterprise Risk Management, conduct internal resiliency reviews, work with incident managers, crisis managers, disaster recovery partners to ensure the accuracy of tech and other dependencies and support recovery activities as needed. The Business Continuity Specialist role requires a good understanding of business continuity planning strategies in a global environment. This role will drive mitigation and remediation activities with internal and external business partners.

Responsibilities
- Conduct business impact analyses and update strategies as needed
- Deliver workshops with key resilience stakeholders across the enterprise to draft and maintain business continuity plans and refine business continuity processes
- Assist in the development of resilience training, tests, and exercises
- Supports the Business Resilience Lead in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Assist the team in driving identification and remediation of gaps in resilience
- Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to reduce resilience risk

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in emergency management, resiliency, business continuity, planning, continuity of operations, incident management, enterprise risk management, or like discipline from an accredited college or university or measurable knowledge/experience from proven industry, military, defense, or government operations
- Proven project and process management experience
- 3+ years of relevant business continuity experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of enterprise risk management experience in a Business Continuity environment and familiarity with enterprise risk management tools, processes, and third-party vendors
-2+ years of experience in emergency management, enterprise resiliency, strategic planning, or information technology
- Business resilience processes, including the development and maintenance of business resilience products and services
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and its relation to key enterprise assets, applications, and business services
-Disaster Recovery experience

This role requires the ability to work with and support systems designed to protect sensitive data and information. As such, this role will be subject to strict national security-related screening.
